Effective date: May 17, 2026

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Threads Lead Radar, operated at SocialRadar.pro, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the service.

Information We Collect

Threads Lead Radar processes public Threads content and related public profile information that you choose to monitor through configured keywords.

The service may store post URLs, usernames, display names, post text, lead scores, analysis summaries, manual statuses, and outreach notes created by authorized users.

If integrations are enabled, the service may process configuration data such as API credentials, Telegram chat identifiers, and notification preferences.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to identify relevant public conversations, score potential business leads, help authorized users review opportunities, and send optional notifications.

We do not use the service to send automated comments, direct messages, or unsolicited messages through Threads.

Threads API Data

When Threads API access is enabled, the application uses API data only for lead monitoring and review workflows requested by authorized users.

Threads API data is not sold, rented, or shared with advertising networks. Access is limited to authorized operators of this application.

If data must be deleted, contact us using the address below and we will remove stored records associated with the request where technically feasible.

Data Sharing

We may share limited information with service providers that are necessary to operate the application, such as hosting, database, AI analysis, and Telegram notification providers.

These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention and Security

We retain stored lead records and settings for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and environment-based secret management, to protect stored information.

Government and Law Enforcement Requests

We review government, law enforcement, regulatory, and other public authority requests for information before responding, including a review of the legality, scope, authority, and validity of each request.

If we believe a request is unlawful, overbroad, unclear, or otherwise improper, we may challenge, narrow, reject, or seek clarification of the request where legally permitted.

We follow a data minimization approach and disclose only the minimum information we determine is legally required and relevant to the valid request.

We document these requests and our responses, including the legal reasoning, the actors involved, the categories of information requested or disclosed, and any steps taken to challenge, narrow, or clarify the request, unless prohibited by law.

Your Choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information stored by this application by contacting us.

To request deletion of your data, email privacy@socialradar.pro with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the Threads username, post URL, or account information needed to identify the records you want deleted.

After receiving a deletion request, we will verify the request, delete or anonymize matching records where technically feasible, and confirm completion unless we are legally required to retain specific information.

Authorized users can also delete leads, disable optional integrations, or update monitoring keywords from the application settings where available.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
